I woke up this morning early enough to have breakfast before class, that was fabulous. I like to eat right when I wake up and I hate sitting through 2 hours of class hungry. Then the rest of the day I took TWO yes two naps, totally 5 hours. Decided to take the day off from the gym, there is so much good television on tonight! … I may also do some homework tonight, that is a novel idea…
Diet was again too may mini reese’s cups… I should probably just start eating more frequently and then I wouldn’t want candy. Calories are still in check and I am not hungry… not sure if that is related to my anxiety medicine or not. I was thinking the decreased appetite side effect would be gone by now, but maybe not. Anyways here is the breakdown for today:
