Monday – Week 3
I won the first weigh in on my weight loss competition! I lost 3.17%(7lbs) and my brother lost 2.85% (7 lbs)! YAY!!!
I had a huge cheat day and was up 3.5 lbs on Sunday morning. Today I was still up 2 lbs, but I’m expecting that to be off tomorrow. Friday I bought PAGG stack, so we’ll see what effect that has this week. So far the biggest things I’ve noticed is more consistent energy and bowel movements.
I went to bar method today and will go tomorrow. Next week I want to aim fro 4 -5 days of exercise.
Wednesday I am traveling to see my boyfriend for 5 days. This should be interesting since he eats every meal out and has essentially no food in the house. I bought a box of low carb protein bars to make sure I can have breakfast everyday while hes at work.
Overall, I’m feeling positive, if I can loose 14lbs a month consistently I’ll be thrilled.
