Gym – a sucess!
I went the gym! I did 30 mins on the bike, it was pretty easy, but I figure you got to start somewhere!!
Diet today was:
Bfast: 2 eggs, 1 egg white, 1/2 oatmeal
Lunch: chicken breast, broccoli, flaxseed oil
snack: protein shake
Dinner: chicken breast, black beans w/ tomatoes and corn
Calories: 1031
(29g f, 75g c, 106g p)
I know this doesn’t sound like much, but I had to force down dinner.
